Bio

Lindsey Shewbridge, originally from Roanoke, Virginia, has been in the Cleveland area for 8 years. She received both her bachelor and master degrees in Music Education from Lee University, where she studied under Dr. Nathan Warner, Mr. David Hobbs, and Mr. Philip Morehead. She maintains an active career as an artist and educator in the Eastern Tennessee/North Georgia region.
 
Summers have held a plethora of teaching and mentoring opportunities with service as dean, counselor, resident assistant, and brass tech for various camps and music festivals.  Most recently, Shewbridge was a teaching assistant for the New York Summer Music Festival.  

Currently, Shewbridge is a band director at Lake Forest Middle School while maintaining an active trumpet studio and performing with the Chattanooga Symphony & Opera, Lee University, Southern Adventist University, and Bryan College.  She previously taught General Music and Chorus at Big Ridge Elementary in Hixson, Tennessee.
